Terms of Service

1. Purpose

Publicador Nacho y Dagar is a privately operated Windows productivity tool that helps its operator manage information and publishing tasks for YouTube channels and videos they are authorized to control.

2. Authorized use

The application may only be used with Google Accounts, YouTube channels and videos that the operator owns or is authorized to manage. The operator remains responsible for reviewing proposed changes and complying with YouTube's terms and applicable law.

3. Google authorization

Access to YouTube resources is granted through Google's OAuth process. The operator may revoke that access at any time from their Google Account. Revoking access will prevent the application from using protected YouTube features.

4. Availability

The application depends on Google APIs, YouTube services, internet connectivity and local computer configuration. Features may be interrupted by service changes, authorization expiry, quota limits or maintenance.

5. Data and privacy

Use of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy. The application is designed to request only the access needed for its visible YouTube management features.
