Privacy Policy

1. Application and controller

Publicador Nacho y Dagar is a privately operated Windows desktop application. The data controller and support contact is Ignacio García Romero at ignagromero@gmail.com.

2. Google data accessed

After the operator grants permission through Google OAuth, the application may access the connected YouTube channel's identity and video resources, including video titles, descriptions, tags, categories, language settings, localized metadata, thumbnails and playlist membership.

The application requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube scope because it must read and update these resources on channels selected and controlled by the operator.

3. How Google data is used

Google user data is used only to provide visible features initiated by the operator: selecting the correct channel and video, reviewing current information, updating approved metadata, setting thumbnails, managing playlist membership and confirming the result.

Google user data is not used for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance or training generalized artificial intelligence models.

4. Storage and security

OAuth refresh tokens are stored locally in protected form on the operator's Windows device. The public website does not receive or store OAuth tokens, YouTube account credentials or YouTube video data. The application does not ask for or store the user's Google password.

Temporary access tokens are requested from Google when required and are used only to call the YouTube Data API.

5. Sharing and transfers

Google user data is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties. Data is transmitted only between the local application and Google APIs as necessary to perform an operator-requested action.

6. Retention and deletion

Protected OAuth credentials remain on the operator's device until the channel is disconnected, the application's local settings are removed or access is revoked through the Google Account. No server-side copy is maintained by this website.

To delete local authorization data, disconnect the channel in the application or remove the application's local state. To revoke Google's grant, visit Google Account connections and remove Publicador Nacho y Dagar.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

Publicador Nacho y Dagar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Publicador Nacho y Dagar utiliza los datos de Google exclusivamente para que el operador gestione sus propios canales y vídeos de YouTube. Los permisos se conceden mediante Google OAuth; la aplicación no solicita la contraseña. Los tokens se guardan protegidos en el ordenador y esta web no almacena credenciales ni datos de YouTube.
